We do not sell or exchange names, addresses or any other information about our online customers with third parties, except to verify credit card information with credit card companies and card issuing banks to complete your order. When you come to our website, our site recognizes your ISP, but we cannot identify you personally.

Cookies only record non-personal information, such as IP addresses and the portions of the website visited, but do not reveal any personal information about you. Information you provide to us is used only to process your order, respond to your questions or requests, and to improve our site.
All of our products are manufactured on shared equipment that processes tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, soybean, milk, and eggs. Please feel free to contact us with any specific questions you may have on any of our products.
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. We will gladly accept back any unopened non-food item that is returned in pre-sold condition within 15 days. We will refund the purchase price minus shipping and credit you in the method you paid. Exceptions to this include personalized products or custom orders. We inspect all food items carefully before they are shipped. If merchandise is defective, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. We handle these items on a case by case basis.
We make every effort to get the orders out within two business days. Custom orders take a little longer and we will contact you via email to let you know the time frame. Depending on the item and time of year, we do not ship chocolates or other perishables so they are not sitting in a delivery room over weekends and holidays. Please let us know if their is a deadline, and we will suggest the best scenario to accommodate your needs.
